What To Expect With All-On-X Dental Implant Installation

  1. The process of installing All-on-X dental implants begins with your consultation. We’ll make sure an All-On-X implant treatment is right for you.
  2. Dr. Klym will use a product called nSequence to build a model of your teeth from CT Scans. This will be the model we use for your prosthetic.
  3. On the day of your appointment, we’ll ensure you have a comfortable, pain free procedure by applying local or general anesthetic. 
  4. Dr. Klym will prep your jaw by extracting non-viable teeth and removing any infected tissue from your gums.
  5. Titanium posts will be implanted into your jaw and connectors called abutments will be attached to the tops of these posts. 
  6. Dr. Klym will secure your customized restoration to the post abutments.      

After your procedure, a trusted friend or family member will need to take you home where you can rest and recover. It will take about three to six months for the process of osseointegration to be completed, fusing the bones of your jaw with the implants.
